Could the city please plow out the right turn lane on Eastern St., turning east onto Foxon in front of Walgreen's? The lack of this whole lane is causing serious traffic jams almost all the way back to Bella Vista at peak times, since there are only 2 lanes at the light, not 3. Thx.
