Description

Pedestrian signal either never goes to walk or so dim one can't tell.

Q. Location of traffic light:
A. Intersection of Main, Revere, and Winthrop Streets.
Q. What is the issue?
A. Walk light never comes on for those crossing Main south to north on the west side of the intersection and crossing Winthrop west to east.
