Description

This duplex is apparently abandoned. Several months ago there was a garage fire behind the duplex. Owner had a dumpster brought in to remove the trash. The refuse company refuses to take the dumpster, which is overflowing with trash and other debris that people are dumping into the dumpster. Trash is every where. Owner cannot be located. It has become a neighborhood hazard.
