Hello, thank you for providing this picture, its helps with a visual of the location of where its at. I'm pretty sure it has been collected in that specific area twice now because of the amount of folks hanging out in that general area. Our Facilities Service Teams/Landscapers collect trash in that general area daily. You may have seen them in their golf carts or on foot. We are doing our best with what we have.
