Please re-open this issue. The debris has not been cleared. This picture shows the 2 to 3 foot difference in water levels due to the debris blockage

Here are directions for a more specific location. Stand with your back to 1220 Banbury Rd. Walk straight forward into the floodplain. The debris will be in the storm drain.
