A. Landscape around this commercial property is unkempt, has not received attention since last year. Dead palm fronds are filling the retention pond. Live palms along 1st street are overgrown, blocking sidewalk use. Weeds are overgrown, unsightly.

Public Works Dept trimmed the palms hanging over the sidewalk. Code Enforcement mailed a courtesy notice to the property owner, Landmark Gulf Beaches Investor Group, LLC, in St Petersburg. This notice gives them five days after they receive the notice to cut/trim the grass, weeds and shrubs.

The landscaping has been brought into compliance by the owner.. K-W does not own the building and is not responsible for maintenance of the building or property. Case closed. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
