I am surprised I haven't gotten in an accident there. I guess it's because even though I line up in the correct lane (the left one) to eventually get to NY Ave, I know to expect the people in the right lane trying to get over to the same lane I'm in. Markings on the pavement may help prevent the inevitable accident from occurring.

I have written in twice and both times have not received a response until months later. Both times have received a snarky message indicating "the road is properly marked" when it clearly isn't. I have had too many close calls where cars nearly slam into the side of my car or block westbound Florida Ave because they are trying to turn into the traffic circle. It's a mess during the morning rush. We as citizens are trying to avoid an accident, but clearly our concerns are not an issue until property damage or loss of life takes place. Even a traffic officer to direct people would be helpful.

Just checked my history and saw that the issue was "resolved" by 311... guess it really wasn't.
