on south side of church st near east harrison st for at least a month or so man hole cover sinking on one side, can't someone from DPW notice this as their vehicles cross over it daily

and why are all manholes located in direct path of our auto tires?
maybe that is the reason for all these manhole problems. but, no, some engineer must have already thought of that simple solution, right?

this past summer 2015, the DPW filled in over the man hole cover as it was getting deeper, so now no more cover showing, if they have a problem it will envolve extra work to get to it.

must be a man hole cover not needed as they filled in with black top the side that was low, and city vehicles travel over it daily
