A reoccurring problem here, more garbage dumped on sidewalk as well

Not only is there an abandoned mattress left out on the same date the garbage container was, but also a large piece of furniture has been set out in front of this same building. The furniture item resembles a desk or large wooden table. It is blocking the sidewalk. Please also note the political signs placed on public property/traffic barrier should be removed as this is illegal and promotes others to post on a traffic barrier.

Rose and I can't be the only ones annoyed with the garbage dumping that goes on at this location, mostly done by the tenants that live at this compound. Perhaps someone can contact the landlord? There is also graffiti on the side of the building which I saw one of the kids that lives there doing...
