Re the trash, these bags represent the second "dump and run" we've experienced. My guys have witnessed this both times -- a guy in a rental uhaul pickup truck -- both we're reported to SWEEPS as well. I'm not sure why they're taking so long to remove these, as they already came out to take photos, but i'll check in with them again today.
Just awful!
