its a shame no body gives a damm about who and what they effect the mayor wants to raise taxes mr mayor wake up start going after all these violaters who park illegal have cars registered out of state and live here in new haven have same temp plates on their cars for months and months we wouldnt need a tax incresae in folk would pay for the services they get .shame shame shame.
