they parked in the exact same spot all day yesterday. the ticket is obviously not deterring them? They should be towed!

Obviously they live in NY and could care less about our parking tickets. Parking enforcement is wasting their time. And the arrogant New Yorker gets to park everyday beachside. Enforce our laws here in Surfside
