Nuisance property- condemned. please add to the ADAPT program list. Problems with safety in neighborhood. Attracts stragglers, drug users, etc. we’ve seen so much activity at this property.
Owners are not accountable to repair this property even though it has been over 2 years since someone caused fire. It looks burnt and awful with cobwebs and stray cats. Owners also do not repair things for current tenants who live next door to the burnt duplex. Owners simply don’t care!
