A letter was sent to the property owner on March 6 regarding the state of the home and one or more junk cars

Repairs underway

I set up a timetable for next inspection

Work continues as home is being brought into compliance.

Site visit performed April 24, 2020. Junk car(s) removed from site. Front porch of house fully replaced. Screened porch is only portion of property in violation of code of ordinances. Scheduling a follow up visit with the owner on May 1, 2020.

This violation has been turned over as of 5/15/2020 to Johnston County Building Inspections for enforcement as the level of violation exceeds normal code enforcement. We will be working in tandem with Johnston County Building Inspections to bring this site into compliance.
