Description
As you go down Main St before and after Dunkin Donuts there are gutter drains that were put in over 2 weeks ago but not sealed in. They all have orange cones on them on the left and right side of the street. I put this on Wallingford Patch and no one is answering why it is taking so long. Also Mr Zandri who is running for Mayor has a big sign near Dunkin Donuts where one of the cones is never responded.

So now I am responding although I am not sure what you'd like me to respond to CT CORN
Main St /Rt 150 is a State Road - we do not control what they do there and if they are in a state of work on the road this is the condition it will be in until the job is complete. Even if we had the power to do something what would you request be done?
I am not sure what the point of the "Also Mr Zandri who is running for Mayor has a big sign near Dunkin Donuts where one of the cones is never responded" comment is - I have responded to prior posts of yours before and one of the things I have mentioned is "the town doesn't monitor this website or ANY complaint posts here."
The song remains the same - the current administration (of which I am not) will NEVER monitor a third party website like this for complaint issue.
"Pick up the phone and call" is what you'll be told and in this instance, as I mentioned, it is a state road so it's out of our hands.

"Mr Zandri you have time to get your signs up all around town but when I wrote about the gutters and cows and other things you play dumb" - I've played dumb about nothing; the facts are the facts. The man with the cows was within his rights to keep them the way he kept them and the barn was taken down. The state can work one these catch basins and leave the road in the current state until the work is complete.
"I wonder if you even know who is putting up your signs. " - Myself and my father with respect to the ones in your photo.
"You keep saying you don't know this you don't know that you are such a typical politician. " - I've indicated what I know - the state is doing the road work on the State Route (150); the Town of Wallingford is not directly working on this project.
"If you or the people on the Wallingford council don't know who is doing the work please leave, I hope you all get voted out. " - Then please show up to vote and then vote for the people who have never been on Council before - you will be able to vote for four people in total on both sides of the aisle (five other people will remain incumbents; that's the way it works unless 18 people run for office - there are only 13 running and two candidates, one on each side, were Councilors prior).
"If you don't have answers don't respond" - I have given you answers; for whatever reason you do not like them and feel that if you keep asking that the answer will change. It will not. Given all of that I will follow your advice; I won't respond further.
