I’ve called Salem Public Works and/or Salem police 5 times about this. The fire department noticed it yesterday and they called it in too. They just keep putting the cap back on and it continuously flies off. The frame needs to be rebuilt from sinking further into the road and the lid needs to be bolted on. This is borderline ridiculous. Let me know how much the lawsuit is when a motorcycle drops into it and takes a header.
