9/18 - I stopped by house this afternoon but there was no answer. I put business card in door. Dumpster has only a small amount of waste and is not generating odors or drawing pest at this time. It is old and rusty - no markings to indicate what company owns. I'll recheck later. /// Gus Dria

His employer Buckeye Wrecking owns it. The animals are in there at night. When I go to work at night they are in there fighting. You wont hear them during the day. The point is it has been there since July 21st for no reason. As I stated he filled one prior that was from a company and it was sitting there from June until he got this free one from "his boss". If you do not see any "sanitary" reason ask yourself if you would like it in your neighborhood for 4 months and refer my problem to whomever removes abandoned cars. We cannot wait for someone to get hit backing out of their driveway because one person cant get their house cleaned out in 4 months!

We've checked, there are no health violations. We have reassigned to CPD since the dumpster is in the roadway. With the information provided, this will assist them with contacting the dumpster owner.

No word from CPD. They are at his house every other week for false alarms on his house so they have seen that the dumpster has been there since June.

Is CPD using SCL? Can this be forwarded to the Safety Director so she can address the communication issue? They have had plenty of time to respond to this post.

John Mariol II had it removed in less than 12 hours of notifying him. No results from the City of Canton for 2 months! Was transferred around for a month (even advised that you do not need a permit for a dumpster by one person) before learning of this website and posting problem a month ago. Mr. Mariol was amazing and was concerned as it was a fire hazard. My neighborhood is fortunate to have this man as their councilman and we thank you!! The City of Canton needs more people like him!!
