Still standing water, the unfinished drain cracked from normal wear and tear and the photo evidence provided shows that even after 7+ days, water in cement sealed drain does not evaporate.
Despite the property management’s current agents sworn testimony in Code Compliance video/phone records, I am still a resident.

Let the record show that after revisiting the See click fix app and updating the continually ongoing open court case 20-00029660, intake by Lieutenant Andrea Roberts
as a result of the initial inspector, Steve Collendrea’s refusal to obey Sunshine laws even though I specifically requested that I would be notified when there was any hearing and offered the opportunity to be a witness in any Statements that ZRS management made on record to the city of Saint Petersburg code compliance board members.
Mr. Collendrea Allowed the case to remain open with no repair or fines for a year citing COVID-19 as the defense of continuous lack of response to phone calls, and a unwillingness to enforce the standard proceedings and fines against ZRS Management.
Mr. Collendrea closed the case with no repairs done on 12/15/2020 and I had to contact Lieutenant Andrea Roberts, after being ignored, to reopen the case on 1/25/2021 And provide a walk-through of the multiple violations on the property at 1560 Central Ave.
Lieutenant Roberts provided me with a detailed code violation documents that confirmed that Mr. Colendrea closed the case with the code in fractions never being remedied. The case remains open to this day with no resolution in sight and in addition the fines per Pinellas county code compliance rules of proceeding have not been enforced, Even though the management company and Property owner have been compelled to a 8 to 10 month project due to yet another open code case that was reported by another tenant.
The current property manager Michael Meade, husband of Margo Willis-Meade (the prior property manager) Is on record multiple times giving miss-information about me and my rights to continue to reside in the unit with conjecture of the outcome of a case before I was ever granted my rights, filled in the 6th District Court as a retaliatory attempt to avoid the code violations.
Code has continuously allowed Mr. Meade to avoid fines that should have been enforced in compliance with Pinellas county law, starting with the initial code case filed on 11/15/2019.
Let the record show with the most recent attached photos that the standing water and incomplete drain Have not only cracked from normal wear and tear but in addition fosters a significant amount of perpetually standing water. The drain addition was never finished and also cemented shut to creating an inability to clean out the debris and water. These images were taken on 3/9/22, Showing that despite the lack of rain for 24 days (see Dark Sky Weather App Screenshot) the water does not evaporate and is a nuisance that attracts pestilence, disease and mosquitoes.
Yesterday on 3/8/22, on the recorded phone line for The City of St. Petersburg Code compliance phone number line, Inspector Roberts was misinformed in the fact that I did not have council and was Pro Se in the 2nd district appeals case matter between myself and TREA 1560 Central Ave LLC.
Officer Roberts informed me that she needed to contact the current and fourth code officer assigned to this case and told me that she would be in touch.
No follow up phone call or voicemail was left and no response attempts have been made.
