6 bikes, trash cans, recycle bins, do not enter sign, orange cones, tent and a bunch of trash and a east bay mud sign. It is in the street and taking up parking spaces. In front of sparc-it place there is a pile of trash. I think there is 1 person who is doing this and I think he is collecting. This has gone on for 3 years
