Belcher park us being used as a dump. Last week it was just cleaned up from someone dumping roofing material, DPW just cleaned it up and Friday night someone dumped this. Can this be cleaned up and to prevent it from happening in the future, can a solar power light be put up so that when someone goes there in the dark the light will come up, also can a sign go up to state that the area is being filmed. This should not be happening over and over, please helo
