I totally agree and sympathize with you.
My husband and I are beyond fed up with the lack of accountability with Caltran, City of Oakland and BART.
I did not see or hear any concern about the homeless situation until yesterday, with the docking of the ship at the Port if Oakland.
Now! Rebecca Kaplan is concerned about the homeless and demanding “hand washing stations and more porta-potties”.
Sure! Let’s put a band aid on what need’s a tourniquet to stop the bleeding...
