Description

Repair of 505 East Boston due to a serious fire in June 2018 has been sorely neglected. The roof is open to the elements which contributes to its continued decline. Per the homeowner’s daughter in November 2019, the hired contractor is being prevented from making needed repairs by the Historic District Commission.

A. large containers of materials were delivered to the site last fall but no work on the house has been observed. the roof remains open to the elements.
