For what it's worth, I agree that the street should have the proper signage.

This sign has been missing for some time. The funny thing though is that there was a sign there and it was removed and never replaced.

How bout that, 2 years have passed and still missing the street sign! But, they sure put a stop sign up in a hurry, so they can ticket people and take their money!
