Harper place NW has erosion and potholes running down one whole side of it. The way water runs down the hill plus cars driving on the same path is wearing out the road. It wasn't as bad until the city tore down a house on Oxford ave a month or so ago.They used Harper place for their dump trucks and bulldozer route. It's now to the point cars are beginning to drive in the grass beside my wall to avoid the potholes. Can you please fill these?
