I live on a street with a speed bump, it slows down cars just long enough to pass over it and then they speed up again. There is an even larger problem with the speed bumps... they drastically slow down fire, ambulances and all first responders. If I or a friend or a loved one needs help these are the last people we want to slow down!!! How about we empower the police and let them do their job!!!
