Description

Left turn is a Leading Green Arrow which activates prior to the Green Leading lights. Previously, the left turn arrow used signaled after the green lights. This time is worst, traffic is backing up, it is taking more time of traffic to move through the intersection. Backups seem to be form 3:00-6:00 pm. It seems this change to be more unsafe.
