These A-frames were still there yesterday. The City should simply remove any illegal A-frames. The are quite expensive and if they were removed I bet those who use them would soon learn!
Great to see this make it to print. When I initially reported this I also sent emails to the developer and the local councillor, but no response. Good thing I didn't go through there last weekend, they may not have gotten a pick. my usual action had been to be stop, toss said sign to the curb lane and continue. Guess in one of those vigilantes. More like fed up.
those @$$holes dont care about anything other than making money . period. No amount of history can stop condo developers from tearing buildings down and degrading our city. Good people like MFP try to make small impacts in society but its impossible because people with a lot of $$ trying to get more $$ dont care about you AT ALL. If this was a little more north id destroy the signs myself for you guys.
As the condos themselves are either completed or under construction, there are no more sandwich boards visible on this stretch of Queens Quay, and as this issue is now five years stale, it is doubtlessly resolved and I will close this off now.

This is terrible. Have you complained to the sales office?
I'd be happy to help pick them up and return them to them!
