The fence and shed belong to 506 N Sellers - different party. On site inspection didn't reveal any code violations with shed. This is a storage building not a dwelling. The fence, however, is falling down.

Contacted owners on 3/20/2020 to notify them of the code violation(s)

The owners, today - March 23, 2020 - agreed to remove the fence. They are meeting me on site to look at the shed.

The owner made contact on March 23, 2020 and is meeting me on site to perform an inspection and assessment.

Shed is not violating code. Fence sections that have fallen down have been removed. Performed a site visit on April 24, 2020.
