the next step i quess is to hire an lawyer and file a lawsuit against the mayors office and the city of new haven

Keep calling p.d. or wherever it is to call. They might not put a sticker due to the virus lockdown for pd non emergencies (west haven). I know its very aggrevating, takes up parking, and is an eyesore.

this car had a red sticker on it a few weeks ago the owner moved it onto howard ave near 341 howard and the he had it put on a flatbed truck it stayed gone until it was towed back to across from 41 first street where the tow driver dropped the car and the owner took of the plates put it up on scizzor jacks under the car

oh one other thing chris its not the same person from first st who owns this car this person lives on howard ave not sure of the address he drives a red older model toyota /nizzan 4 dr sedan but the one on first st still drives around with his blk caddy with temp plates

This same car, probably when it left your location on First St, was parked on Cottage between Noble and Blohm, also up on jacks. I think this is very hazardous as a animal or child could be crushed/trapped beneath the car if the jacks give way.

I also find it ironic that within a couple of weeks of moving to West Haven, we parked on the wrong side of Noble Street during a parking ban and were towed within 2 hours. While we weren’t happy with this, we chose to see the bright side, that at least the WHPD must be on top of any neighborhood blight. However, given this situation on First and also on Cottage with the Lincoln up on jacks, they apparently don’t care to pursue violations on a regular basis.

I would be happy to be involved in any complaint against the city you may file. Please continue to post plans here.

i understand and see you officers put tickets on these cars but they dont get paid i finmd them on the ground in this case i think the owner moved away and just left the car please remove its unsafe up on jacks if a child loses a ball and goes under the car it could be a sad situation please remove asap
