older dark blue lincoln was reported a few weeks ago was removed by owner now it was brought back on wed march 11TH the car was droped here off a flat bed tow truck the owner of the car put the car up on small jacks under the car took off the plates and left .please remove we want our street to be free from junk thank you.

This same car, probably when it left your location on First St, was parked on Cottage between Noble and Blohm, also up on jacks. I think this is very hazardous as a animal or child could be crushed/trapped beneath the car if the jacks give way.
I also find it ironic that within a couple of weeks of moving to West Haven, we parked on the wrong side of Noble Street during a parking ban and were towed within 2 hours. While we weren’t happy with this, we chose to see the bright side, that at least the WHPD must be on top of any neighborhood blight. However, given this situation on First and also on Cottage with the Lincoln up on jacks, they apparently don’t care to pursue violations on a regular basis.
