Is there a contact person. and phone number I can obtain that I can actually speak with in the Building and Streets Dept.?

Been driving through this intersection for the past three years and never any improvement. The potholes between Summit and Communipaw have gotten worse over the years with lack of proper repavement. Please fix!

This is ridiculous you can place a ridiculous huge seal in the middle of Grand and Communipaw and the tractor trailers, construction equipment is tearing up the street; did you know this area is zoned as an "historic" area. There are tunnels under the ground and slaves use to utilize them; see below.

There is a state funded project that will take place in this area of Grand Street that will be designed and bid over the Winter and constructed in 2021 that will include full repaving. Thanks.

How can you close this issue when the freakin street is in such poor condition; these trucks are mutilating the streets; obviously you don't reside here Paul R. Where is the humane side of your being? Have you even observed/seen the street? When is the last time you have surveyed its condition?

I actually do live within a quarter mile and drive the street daily. I closed the ticket because our team has already worked on addressing this through a long process of writing a state funded grant that will be carried out next year as described above. There are 220 miles of street in Jersey City and our Division puts a great deal of effort into planning the maintenance of them all, this stretch included. This stretch is in the process of being addressed accordingly but can not happen overnight as there are many steps to using state funds and designing a successful project from a technical and responsible engineering perspective. Thank you.
