Call 911 EVERY time, day or night, this happens so that the UDPD can verify your accusations. They will respond every time. Do not call in as 'anonymous', rather ask to speak to the police each time so they may take your statement. Each time you call they will have a separate case # so you can refer to them. If this persists, the police will not hesitate to take it a step further with a fine or arrest. Also, call the Township building and ask what help they can provide. Try to locate the owner through the County website and tell them of this issue. Good luck!!
