Caller to MAC reports indentations in roadway, 34th Ave N between 4th St N and 7th St N - he states each indentation is adjacent to a storm drain and/or manhole, thinks this is an indication of an issue below the roadway - advised we would enter in SCF and assign to a CSR to investigate.
