Multiple code violations documented. Rental house that is vacant with all utilities turned off. No intention of authorizing occupancy until code violations are abated.

Letter sent to the owners (an LLC) of the house on March 25, 2020. Cited cracked paint, missing balusters in railing, collapsing carport, glass panes missing from two different windows, and substandard steps. The notice set April 10, 2020 as the deadline for compliance. The house is very close to qualifying as blighted, but current conditions still fall within "property nuisances."

Site visit April 9, 2020. Owner has a crew painting and performing repairs as spelled out in notice of violation letter. Crew stated carport is going to be removed.

Next scheduled inspection is April 16, 2020.

Inspection scheduled for April 16, 2020. Collapsed carport removed by owner and exterior of structure painted. Windows now contain glass in all panes. Scheduled inspection should resolve code violations.
