Please note this solution needs to be implemented on both sides of 2004. The side yard water which is graded from back to front towards the sidewalk has no where to go. It needs an outlet to be directed towards the storm drain. Should anything happen to any of the three houses due to the side yard water being blocked up by city property (sidewalk and curb) the city will be held responsible.

Please note: Contractor (Drainage SME ) states grates still need to be installed within sidewalk in addition to homeowner paying for the French drains due to the recent video of water being able to drain properly with the sidewalks and curbs removed.

Grates need to be installed over owner paid for drains. If concrete is placed on top due to amount of water flow it will start to dip again crushing the drains.
