Hampton 311 Call Center (Guest)
This is a police issue so should be reported to them via their non-emergency number, 757-727-6111.

There is a police satellite station on Nickerson Blvd.
Immediatly adjacent to the"#1 Chinese" take out shop.
Probably less than 1/2 mile from the school. Perhaps they can file a report
Or, 727-8311 city call center. Have the girls direct your concerns to Police traffic division.
