Hi, no, this issue is not resolved. I understand resources are limited due to Covid. However, we are interested in getting this house up to code. It is an eyesore and an invitation for trespassing, damage, suspicious behavior.

The homeowner has been absent for years and the house and yard are not being cared for. It is an invitation for crime (and has been in the past before it was boarded up). The owner had to move because of a mold problem that was never resolved. It is a health issue and has probably gotten worse on the inside. It is an eyesore to the neighbors and the neighborhood and affecting property value to adjacent homes. We would be happy to buy it for $1 and tear it down to build a community garden in its place.
