God forbid you have to walk past people smoking. Maybe you should try holding you breath for 5 seconds while you walk past them.

Banks and doctors are crooks anyway. But people smoking outside are still a nuisance.

Just because a person needs to park in a handicap spot doesn't mean they're in a wheelchair. And yes, smoking outside is a nuisance, as are many things. I find people that chronically complain about everything in life that isn't perfect to be a nuisance.

I like to think that I am a compassionate person, however, where does this political correctness non-sense end? Up-front parking for those who have Cleveland Browns season tickets?

Don't need compassion...just a parking spot anywhere wide enough to open a door and get into a wheelchair...never a problem at this location for the past six years until this faux gambling palace opened....

Since the parking issue is on private property, it is the responsibility of the property owner (in this case, the landlord). The city's only requirements are regarding the quantity of spaces (both handicapped and regular) and this property meets the current standards set forth in our zoning laws. Therefore, the only action that can be taken to otherwise reserve spaces would be by the landlord. Perhaps the other tenants (other than Cyber Playground) should petition the landlord to ensure that they have parking spaces reserved for them and require that CP use more spaces in the rear of the building, where there are lots of unused spaces available at all times.

Since Cyber Playground moved in, the other business have complained. They have seen a decrease in their business levels due to these people. Unfortunetly, I have been forced to go elsewhere to work out and I definetly think twice about eating at Golden Mountain. Not only do they take up parking, but I don't feel safe walking past the people who stand in packs. Curves told us to park in the back, but there is no parking there either. The gamblers park their cars all the way down Emerald Lakes! I am sure those CITIZENS don't want people parking in front of their homes most of the day.

As for smoking at the door, what is it going to take for action? How many calls to the police station to report these people is it going to take. Be PROACTIVE!

Willoughby Hills is overrun with gambling places and it is a laughing matter. It will only get worse with the addition of another gambling facility next to Marcs. Who wants to live in a city like that?
