Hello,
Natick Eye Associates closed 3/17 due to concerns for the health and safety of their staff. The mall has since closed including the Lenscrafters location there.
Our retail location however has been deemed essential according to our company and we are forced to go to work or not be paid.
We are currently not selling glasses because the central labs are also closed. We are open for no reason, except to put our staff at risk.
Our Newbury St location was closed by the BPD due to risk of shoplifters as they were the the last store open on the street.
If we were “essential” then why isn’t the doctors staff there??
Hopefully someone can assist the Natick employees with this concern.
