Hey Steve,
Just poking around at issues that have gone unaddressed.
I know there's not a ton of use yet on SeeClickFix in New London.
Have you thought about sharing the issue with your friends and neighbors and asking them weigh in This is the link:

Obviously cities can not fix everything on the site but we find issues with more support from a group tend to get resolution.
