1) Lots of signs on CITY property.
2) County has the same/similar ordinances prohibiting this behavior.
3) Election signs AREA legal. Construction signs ARE legal. Real-estate for sale are legal. These type of signs, DO however, come with restrictions on where they can be placed, for how long, and size.
4) I agree, Wallgreens needs to comply.
5) Just because somebody does something wrong does not give everyone the right to do so. A CHRISTIAN entity is held to a higher standard. Perhaps you believe it is OK for the pastor to fornicate because the manager at Wallgreeens does??
Neat trick posting and using my name on the last post.
Has anyone called the school and told them that one overly helpful, large heart, volunteer wanting the best for their school has placed a few signs in areas that may not be legal by a few feet? Has any one got out of their car and moved one of these signs to a spot that is legal? I have not and I feel bad for I see the politcal sign still stuck in the grass on Reid Farm Road accross from the park almost every day.
For question 5, I hope you attend a church sometime soon.

This is a county spot not in the city. Rockford City ordinances don't apply.
The open house was just this Saturday give them a chance to clean them up.
Why not pick on Walgreen's with their Flu Shot signs that have been out for months?
