Sorry, this does not work, we as in many of the neighbors here have continuously called the fire department when 161 Chama is burning for the last three months. They do graciously show up each time but as soon as they leave the fires start up again. I hate to keep bothering the fire department when this is an issue the city needs to enforce on this nuisance property. Illegal dumping on adjoining properties, zoning violations, and the illegal burning of trash, furniture, and mattresses is something that I would please hope the city would investigate and enforce. We are all stuck at home during these trying times and the last thing we need is headaches and sickness from toxic smoke.

Continued illegal dumping by 161 Chama residents. And what they don't dump they burn.

161 Chama NE is a drug lab. That is what the neighbors are smelling. The City administration's refusal and incompetence will require the neighbors to engage County and State agencies, as well as local media if they wish to mitigate this public health issue.
