Description
Poor and rough paving transition. Paving top layer is missing for over 4 months. this project was supposed to be complete on November 6 last year. Weather has been nice for a month now. This is causing damage to hundreds of cars.
When will the contractor return to finish??

The shelter order doesn't apply to City construction projects and work is moving forward. The contractor is onsite prepping Quivira Drive and Park Street for their asphalt contractor to place the surface asphalt next week and rebuild Park Street. They're also tieing in irrigation lines on homeowners lots, installing weep holes and repairing settled sidewalk.
