Description

Mixed breed dog chained up without food or water and you can see all of its ribs, leg bones, and I'm sure more bones. Address is 568 Vista Cir Macon GA 31206. I'm visiting my In Laws and seen the dog from their backyard so if at all possible, we would rather not be "involved"
