Description
Multiple needles left behind at this location. Also large trash pile from abandoned homeless camp on city property. Location is the drainage basin next to the electric substation near Indian School and San Pedro. A Lot of homeless were living in the camp. It now seems abandoned and there's lots of trash left behind.
