  This issue has been reported many many times. I get the typical ‘ it is the city’s responsibility’ or ‘that is CalTrans responsibility’ . It is a complete joke and dereliction of duty on part of the public organization that are supposed to serve us.

  Talk about getting the runaround between Caltrans and the City. Clearly CT and Oakland need to work this out, since the responsibility is not on the person that posted the issue.

  Wow! I said i DID contact CalTrans. Yea, absolute run around. I am sick of looking at this every single day. And, so much for getting the homeless off the street. That poor guy is still living there. 😰
