STRUCTURAL DAMAGE AND LONGTERM LEAKS (3 years) HAVE NOT BEEN RESOLVED. THIS ISSUE CONTINUES TO BE IGNORED BY THE HOUSING AUTHORITY AND ENDANGERS INHABITANTS OF 108 SUSSEX STREET. Despite archiving my requests, Jersey City Housing Authority has yet to address this issue in its entirety. The roof above 108 Sussex street continues to leak due to long-standing structural damage that Landlords Quality Prospects have neglected for more than 3 years. I have left messages with the Housing voicemail and received a followup from Inspector Martinez who left only 6 digits of his contact number in the voicemail. There is a court case regarding multiple repairs that have not been completed. A followup inspection was never completed. PLEASE ADVISE.
