Patrol car #13 just passed the same property with a car parked illegally on Dartmouth where complaints have been reported and cars ticketed, I’m glad to see CPD is so vigilant, after repeated calls to the dispatcher and the information stated by an officer was they would patrol n cite offenders! Ya I see how vigilant and or inept CPD can be! Drove right past the vehicle. Now I’ll be forced to call the disaster n bother the officer again.
