There are two solutions I see
1. Take out the inner left turn lane and allow it to go straight into the turn lanes for 476 North.
2. Add concrete curb or plastic delineators in the pavement past the King of Prussia Road intersection (this method has one pitfall in that you will have people tying up traffic trying to merge back into the thru lanes).
