Could you please post the regulations (not just the vote) for the use of the War Mem Rec Ct during CV19? Public hearings and comment are waived in emergencies, but detailed plans should be disclosed. What are the Criteria for admitting an individual for Housing? How will outdoor space be utilized? What is the Capacity? What is the expected increase in traffic and parking for staff, deliveries, visitors? Etc. When does this begin? and what is the predicted temporary time frame? Mid-Cambridge and adjacent neighborhoods should know this information.
